  OSMOSIS/REVERSE OSMOSIS
 
If there are two solutions that have different density, the water flows from lower density solution to higher one. It is called Osmosis phenomenon. 100PPM of the density gab between the two solutions generates 1psi of Osmosis pressure.
As giving huge pressure on high density solution, the water flows adversely from higher density solution to lower one. That’s the way we can get clean water from seawater. It is called “Reversed Osmosis phenomenon”

  - Booster pump 
This is a pressure device, which transfers seawater to high-pressure pump through sand filter and precision filter and also it is used in reverse washing of sand filter.

- Media filter
This is designed to remove floating substance in the seawater for the purpose of protecting of high-pressure pump and reverse osmotic film. If is possible to wash reversals. Contents and, sands, gravel, anthracite and etc.

- Precise filter
This is used for more precise filtrating. This removes all kind of substance by the process filter of 2~20micron prior to Membrane vessels.

- High pressure-pump
This generates high pressure(50~65kg/㎠) on sea-water in order to get clean water through the membrane.

- Membrane vessel assembly
Membrane of high molecular composite materials, it filters out the impurities from seawater.
If give high pressure on seawater, pure water can pass the membrane and concert rated water with salt is trashed out.

- Washing equipment of membrane.
In case that membrane is polluted by seawater this can wash membrane.

- Ultraviolet ray sterilize equipment.
This prevents fresh water filtered by membrane from second pollution.
(Chlorine injection equipment can be used)
